This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of DevOps, Cloud Engineer.
You will develop your career in our Cloud team, contributing to defining and implementing a robust, scalable, pragmatic and realistic cloud solution that works for our clients, proportionally to your level of experience.
You will write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and develop application deployment automation using industry-standard deployment and configuration tools. You will design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments, providing support to systems, including responding to monitoring alerts. You will implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and implement our Cloud Solution
- Write software, from build system automation to automated deployment, to scale our engineering delivery
- Bring in continuous deployment practices to enhance our Agile posture
- Contribute to ideating, architecting, developing, deploying, and evolving CI and CD systems for our Cloud applications, proportionally to the level of experience
- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services
- Write application deployment automation using industry-standard deployment and configuration tools
- Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client test as well as production environments
- Provide systems support including responding to monitoring alerts
- Work with developers to identify necessary Azure/AWS resources and automate their provisioning
- CI/CD infrastructure and process troubleshooting support (setting up in new projects)
- Work closely with key stakeholders (developers) to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements
You should have:
- Experience using one or more cloud providers: Azure or AWS. Google Cloud Platform is a plus
- Experience with IAC tools (Terraform)
- Experience with Containers orchestration (such as Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with Configuration management tools (such as Chef)
- Experience with Source control management tool (Git)
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (such as Jenkins)
- Experience with scripting (Bash)
- Demonstrable experience as DevOps or SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
- Attitude to work in team
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
It is better if you also have knowledge of the following:
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity with service mesh, API gateway (Istio, Kong)
- Familiarity with GitOps practice and tools (ArgoCD)
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch stack (ELK), Grafana
- Good Scripting skills (Ruby, PowerShell, Python).
