As Product Manager, Augmented Close you are responsible for executing the strategy and vision of the augmented close product proposition for CCH Tagetik.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and to take ownership of the product roadmap and product execution in the area of Financial Close and Consolidation for CCH Tagetik. Reporting to the Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the development teams and prioritizing the backlog based on the internal and external requests, and collaborating with other Product Managers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Acting as Scrum Product Owner you will execute on the product roadmap for Augmented Close by transforming user requirements into user stories providing the best technical solution whilst maximizing value for the customer
  • Identify and prioritize requirements based on requests from customer and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the UX and UI team to create product mockups for the identified features
  • Manage Sprint and Release Planning using agile methodologies together with the development team, product management team and internal stakeholders
  • Present Mockups and developed features to stakeholders in internal and external reviews
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to create or update tools and training which maximize sales

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or similar disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years’ product management experience of software products
  • Agile Methodologies and software development lifecycle experience
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Experience carrying out product demonstrations and with customer facing events
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with professional and technical staff, outside prospects, customers, salespersons, and third-party partners
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong professional presentation skills and the ability to develop written proposals and client presentations

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CCH Tagetik or equivalent Corporate Performance Management solution
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework and/or SAFE framework for agile development
  • Experience in Excel and/or SQL
