I’m a non-conventional and determined person with a curious mind and a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude. These features led me to challenge myself in several ways, always trying to go a little further than I expected.

Currently, I’m a Ph.D. Student (3rd year) at Politecnico di Milano on the topic of “Exponential Organizations”, thanks to which I’m developing my professional expertise in the areas of organization design, digital innovation and strategy.

I have a background in Business (Master degree) and about 4 years of experience as Head Hunter in IT & Digital.

I have always been passionate about the world of innovation, entrepreneurship and startups. In this regard, over the last two year I’ve been particularly active in the education and healthcare sectors, bringing my experience as a researcher and achieving, with the team, several important results.
