If yes, this role might be for you: Domotz is looking for a Senior Back End Software Engineer.
We are now looking for a talented, committed, and enthusiastic software engineer to take a pivotal role in elevating our tools and infrastructure to greater heights.

Among your responsibilities, you will be involved in:
· Continuously enhance our tools and infrastructure by resolving bugs and performing codebase refactoring when required.
· Augment our suite of libraries as necessary to enhance efficiency for yourself and other engineers.
· Remain updated on emerging, pertinent technologies, evaluating promising ones to capitalize on productivity enhancements and elevate our work experience.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience working as a Back End Software Engineer
• Experience with Back End languages such as Python, NodeJS, Java, C/C++
• 1-2 year of experience with Database and data modeling (preferably MySQL)
• Experience with Linux OS, any CI/CD (preferably Jenkins)
• Excellent team working skills.
• High attention to detail and to deliver excellent quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good level of English.

Preferred Qualifications (one or more will be an advantage):
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
· Experience with timeseries databases
· Experience with microservice architecture
· Knowledge of Elasticsearch or equivalent
· Experience with message driven architecture
