I like to see myself as an innovator. I love putting my energy, skills and enthusiasm at the service of companies, institutions and people who want to challenge the status quo and thrive through digital and sustainable transformation.

After a 15-year career in the corporate world focusing on marketing, product management, digital advertising and people management in some of the leading companies in the digital and telco markets, I became a strategy consultant and trainer and decided to combine my previous experience with my absolute passion for environment, social inclusion and diversity.

I make it my mission to get to know my clients, and their needs and provide a structured, analytical – I am an Engineer after all, yet empathetic approach to bring them innovative solutions, applying my digital and sustainability knowledge.

I want to give back to other women to reduce the gender pay gap, empowering women to feel confident of the value they bring to the table in companies and start to lead and ask more. That is why I’m the President and co-founder of Puglia Women Lead.

After 15 years away, now I am a proud #southworker, based in my beautiful hometown Bari, in Puglia, enjoying my family and strong community, our generous sea and marvellous food.
