PASSION FOR NEW TECHNOLOGIES | PROJECT MANAGEMENT | EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALS
I took my Master’s degree while i was working as a field engineer for ESAOTE in ASL’4 hospitals.
Work and study taught me the sacrifice and commitment to achieve my intended goals.
This job has allowed me to develop technical skills of every aspect of diagnostic images and its path from the instrumentation to servers and console reporting.

PREPARATION IN ENGINEERING | KNOWLEDGE OF FOUR LANGUAGES | WANT TO LEARN CONTINUE
My master degree provided me with knowledge in basic sciences and engineering as applied physics to biomedical instrumentation, programming, neurology and physiology.
I studied English in middle school, high school and University, today i’m keeping on studying and i can speak it fluently thanks to the individual course of conversation with a mother tongue teacher that I’m still following.
I’m studying Spanish courses through evening courses.
I Took a master (150 hours) in project management and I studied predictive aspect and Agile methods.
Now i’m preparing to obtain PMP certification

ABILITY IN PROBLEM SOLVING IN SITUATIONS OF STRESS
I Started my career as the only member of staff of Esaote (EBIT) involoving the hospitals of ASL4 and i normally deal a lot with different problems that can block the running of the hospital. Thanks to that i’m used to being very quick to solve problems about Servers PACS, Workstations, DICOM Images and a lot of types of software normally used in radiological and cardiological environment.
Afterwards i became site manager of Lombardia and Emilia Romagna for main cardioligical hospitals like San Raffaele, Sacco, Fatebenefratelli, Niguarda, San Matteo, Asst Pavia, Gvm and Sant’Anna.
In this role I’m working like technical leader and I’m managing projects with its own assigned team.

PREDISPOSITION TO TEACHING
Many years of teaching math, physics and economy to students of every level to allowed me to improve my teacher skills. My experience of teaching has continued in hospitals with different courses how to use software for the radiological and cardiological environment.
Like site manager i’m doing coching to the new resources of the project.

HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND LED TO BE BUILDING A POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT
I took part in updates and go live of informatics system in different hospitals .
Achieving a result motivates me to give my best and everything about new technologies and their diffusion excites me.
